Description: The race begins under the base of the Inclined Plane and follows the walking path approximately half way up the hill. The walking path includes some short narrow wood and log bridges which can be interesting. The run then splits from the walking path onto a wide picturesque fern lined trail and continues to a point behind the Flower Barn in Westmont. Passing slower runners may be accomplished with caution most of the route. Depending on recent precipitation some sections may be wet. The race then leaves the woods and proceeds up Blair Street, then right up Bucknell Ave. and turns right onto Tioga Street. One block later the course turns left along scenic Edgehill Drive, past some of the oldest houses in Westmont, to the finish in front of "The City View Restaurant."
